1. Who we are

Life AI Kit is sold and operated by Titan Software z. s., IČO 29738725, Ametystová 702/46, Radotín, 153 00 Praha 5, Czech Republic, registered in the register of associations (spolkový rejstřík), file L 82236, kept by the Municipal Court in Prague ("we"). Contact: [email protected]. These are product terms within the meaning of section 1 of Titan's general Terms of Service: the general Terms apply to Life AI Kit as well, and where they conflict, these product Terms prevail. Security vulnerabilities can be reported to [email protected] under our responsible disclosure policy.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to create an account or make a purchase. You must confirm your email address before purchases made with it are unlocked. Keep your password secure; you can sign out of all devices and delete your account at any time from the Account page.

3. What you buy

Life AI Kit is digital content: a library of AI recipes, Power Prompts, a 30-Day AI Challenge, an AI Cheat Sheet and an AI Safety & Privacy guide, available in a web library and as a downloadable PDF. It works in any current web browser and PDF reader. It teaches you to use third-party AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini), which are not included and are subject to their own terms.

4. Price, payment and "lifetime access"

The price is €14.90, a one-time payment — there is no subscription and no automatic renewal. The price shown at checkout is the final price, including any VAT that applies. Payment is processed by Stripe; the contract is concluded when Stripe confirms your payment, and you receive a confirmation by email.

"Lifetime access" means access for as long as we operate the service. If we ever decide to discontinue it, we will give account holders at least 60 days' notice, during which you can download the final version of the PDF, which you may keep. Content updates we publish are included at no extra cost.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because this product is digital content supplied immediately, before checkout we ask you to expressly request immediate access and to acknowledge that you thereby lose that right once access begins. 6. Defects and complaints

We are responsible for the digital content being in conformity with this contract, including the updates we provide. If something doesn't work — for example, you can't access the library or the PDF is corrupted — write to [email protected] describing the problem. We will confirm receipt and resolve the complaint without undue delay, and at the latest within 30 days, by fixing the defect or, if that isn't possible, by a price reduction or refund. Your statutory rights under Czech law (Civil Code, sections on digital content) are not limited by these Terms.

7. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own personal or household purposes. You may not resell, redistribute or publicly share it.

8. AI output

We do not control, and are not responsible for, what third-party AI assistants produce when you use our prompts. See the AI Disclaimer.

9. Chargebacks

If you open a chargeback with your bank, access bought with that payment is suspended while the dispute is open and restored if it is decided in our favour. Contacting us first is usually faster.

10. Changes to these Terms

Changes do not affect a purchase you have already made. For changes to how your account works, we will email you at least 30 days before they take effect; if you disagree, you can close your account before then. The version you accepted is recorded with your account and each order.

11. Disputes and applicable law

These Terms are governed by Czech law; this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live. If we cannot resolve a complaint together, you can use out-of-court dispute resolution: the competent body in the Czech Republic is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, adr.coi.cz).
