Your statutory right of withdrawal

Because the kit is digital content delivered immediately, at checkout you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal ends once access begins (see Terms §5). Your rights if the content is defective are not affected (Terms §6).

On top of that, if Life AI Kit isn't right for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.

How refunds work

• Refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
• A full refund removes the access that payment provided (unless you hold access through another purchase).
• A partial refund — for example a goodwill discount — does not remove your access.

After 14 days

Outside the guarantee window we don't normally refund a one-time purchase, but contact us if there are exceptional circumstances and we'll review your case individually.

Chargebacks

If you open a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us, access is suspended while the dispute is open and restored automatically if the dispute is decided in our favour.
